Feature Requests

For Historical Anchoring specifically, rather than only having the option to use time based rules applied to "Within/After X days" of TODAY, allow time based rules to be applied to "Within/After X days" of BOOKED ON date (plus 1 year). Ex: 12/20/25 and 12/21/24 was booked at $100 and $150 on 11/20/24. Within 90 days from TODAY | Historical anchoring 105% = (Within Today + 90, set Historical anchoring to 105%) OR Within 90 days from BOOKED ON date | Historical anchoring 105% = (11/20/24-90 days+1 year= on 8/22/25, set Historical anchoring to 105%) DoW should probably be taken into account either by default or with a toggle.

The ability to have an option of having historical anchoring based on the dates of the events and not just the day of week.

The ability to see when a tag was added/removed/adjusted on a listing.

Ability to change/edit calendar view based on day of the week.

The ability to see if there's a new property added to the area/location. Users can be notified of when this occurs.

Allow to set gap night to be enabled for a specific day of the week only.

The option to change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy from mm/dd/yyyy.

A filter for Minimum Stays that can hide listings from view based on their minimum stay requirements.

A new feature to have different payment methods for different listings (not for one whole account).

A way to set the width of the days/columns to a standard width when looking at Portfolio/calendar view. That can maximize the number of days we can see on one screen.
