Only options right now: Offer a discount from 7 nights or one month. Maybe provide more customizability. One potential feature: Setting discounts based on the number of nights booked (5% for two nights, 10% for 3 nights, etc.) Also custom long-term discounts by specific month (30% off in January, 10% off in June, etc.) Also, possibly add the functionality for long-term stay rate increases instead of just discounts from normal rates.

Create a real estate analysis tool, to examine the value of a potential listing in a market.

The ability to undo all the changes made in bulk instead of going into Changelog per listing.

Would be great to have a mobile app for Wheelhouse for easy on-the-go changes

VRBO integration is desperately needed. Some channel managers are having difficulty keeping up with VRBO's API changes and we are losing price connectivity. We can circumvent this issue if Wheelhouse had a direct integration with Wheelhouse; no need to use a channel manager as a middleman for dynamic pricing.

allow users to view their past base prices

The ability to automatically sync calendars multiple times a day ensures that real-time adjustments are not overlooked.

When in calendar view, it would be easier to edit date specific minimum stays directly from the calendar view. Also, if you can view your minimum stay requirements on the calendar view that would be great also.

Ability to automatically assign new listings to team members to avoid manually assigning new listings.

For instance, at present we only allow a minimum of three nights to booked for reservations that are several months in the future. We would like to still be able to sell two nights, so that we show up when guests search for those dates, but we want to be able to charge almost as much for two nights in that scenario as we would for three. For example. Let's say we charge £500 a night. If a guest booked June 1 to June 4, it would cost them £1500 for three nights. We would like to be able to charge more than £500 a night if a guest were to only book June 1 to June 3. So it would cost the guest something like £700 a night for a far out booking for two nights.
