Dynamic Sets is a powerful & easy way to create collections of listings to help you:

And now, we're excited to announce a powerful new enhancement to Dynamic Sets that makes creating Sets even faster and more intuitive. The new auto-recommended Sets feature allows you to instantly generate customized Sets of nearby, similar properties based on details of a specific listing in your portfolio.
What's New
- Manage Sets from your Listing: Now, you can easily add, remove or even create a set right from the listing level.
- One-Click Set Creation: By bringing Sets Management to the listing level, you can now auto-create a Set for any listing.
- Smart Parameter Selection: Our system automatically recommends parameters based on the current listing's characteristics to find the most relevant nearby properties.
- Enhanced Dynamic Sets Filters: On your Sets Dashboard, finding a specific Set is now easier when using new filters like category of Set, assigned listing count, status or number of listings in a Set.
How to Use Quick Create Sets
- Navigate to any listing in your Portfolio
- Click on the Sets tab
- Ensure "Auto-Recommended Sets" is toggled to on
- Review the automatically suggested similar listings in Navigator
- Adjust parameters if needed or accept the recommendations
- Create and name your new Set
Pro-tip
: Keep "auto-recommended set" toggled on to allow Wheelhouse to additionally suggest relevant listings for your Set.In addition, you also have the ability to assign the listing to any Set you’ve created, directly from the listing’s Sets tab.
Using Enhanced Filters on Your Sets Dashboard
- Navigate to your Sets Dashboard
- Click “Filters” next to the search bar
- Apply any filters you’d like to find a specific Set you or your team have created
- Category of Set (e.g. Competitive, Market, Acquisition)
- Assigned Listing count
- Status of Set
- Number of Listings in a Set
