For my place to reliably get last minute stays the price needs to be down at $160-$185, but my pricing is so all over the map due to event-based and seasonal variability that sometimes my 70% last-minute discount gets down to that range, but it often doesn't get below $250, which just doesn't sell in that timeframe. I know I can always go in and change it manually, but this is always the case and I'd much rather it be a standing rule.
