Revenue Projection Tool Based on Custom Occupancy Level

Customer Request: I thought of a feature that would be very helpful. I would like to see for each month, what my revenue would be with the current pricing if I book each night. Then there should be a toggle to switch the occupancy rate for each month and it would adjust the forecasted income. This really would help with forecasting and budgeting.

Occupancy could be based on historic data for each specific property

Porfirio Fenton: That could be useful, but in the case where there is no history, it would be good to be able to input different occupancy rates. For example, in March, it could default to showing me the expect revenue for current set pricing at the past 12 month occupancy rate, but I should be able to adjust this occupancy rate to account for different situations. For example, if I decide to raise my prices, I may get lower occupancy and want to be able to account for that. Another example, if my city is trending toward higher occupancy, I might want to account for that. Lastly, maybe I made improvements to the rental and am expecting higher interest in the home and want to account for that.
Thank you for working on this. As I was telling the agent through chat, you have good tools that look at past data, but nothing forward looking to help us do forecasting Accurate forecasting is critical to running a successful business.
