I'd also like to be able to see how changes in base price on an active listing impact projected revenue. Setting nightly rates with no visibility into the impact on revenue is suboptimal.

Yes! I'm looking at AirDNA right now; I wish Wheelhouse did this. I trust Wheelhouse from experience but really need a tool to also help evaluate new properties.

Henry Lea: no idea - never questioned it. For whatever it's worth how ever, they've proven to be spot on. Seems AirBNB just bought them, so they're legit now..hah
